My Personal Story
In 2020, my husband Varun was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis - a severe stage autoimmune condition of the gut!
We were told very clearly: there is no cure.
This is something you manage for life.
As we began speaking to doctors and other patients, the message was the same everywhere. People had tried everything—perfect diets, strict lifestyles, supplements, medication—and yet their condition either stayed the same or slowly progressed.
But I couldn’t accept that.
Not because I was in denial—but because something about it didn’t feel complete.
So we began speaking to people across the world who had reversed ulcerative colitis.
Not managed it.
Not put it into temporary remission.
Truly reversed it.
And what we noticed was striking—these people knew things that were never openly discussed.
When I started digging deeper, I found research papers and healing frameworks that were largely hidden from public view. Not because they didn’t exist—but because they contradicted the conventional, symptom-management model of medicine.
And yet, these were the exact things that were helping people heal.
So we applied them. Consistently. Patiently. Holistically.
Within 18 months of the diagnosis, Varun was completely free of ulcerative colitis.
Today, it’s been five years.
He has no symptoms.
He takes no medication.
He has no trigger foods.
He eats, drinks, travels freely.
There is no urgency, no pain, no fear shaping his life.
Ulcerative colitis no longer exists in his body.
This journey didn’t just change our lives—it changed my purpose.
I realized that this truth doesn’t need to stay hidden. People deserve to know that there is another way to understand autoimmune disease—one that looks beyond suppression, beyond lifelong dependence, and into why the body turns against itself in the first place.
This workshop exists because of that realization.
It exists to offer a deeper lens, a missing conversation, and a framework that reconnects the body, emotions, nervous system, and immunity.
If you’re here, it’s probably because a part of you knows there has to be more than “just manage it.”
And You’re right.

"its possible to live a disease free life"
Chronic illness - physical or mental is to a large extent a function or feature of the way things are - how we live - not a mysterious aberration
